Yesterday at random checked my BP. It was high 155/105 I took telma 40 and now my BP is 145/90 Please guide..

Monitor ur BP for 3 days... Continue medicine Reduce salt in diet/ do exercise Check ur blood sugar levels also

Hi No self medication Hypertension  is  life time  disease  once  started So  take  healthy  precautions Moniter  bp Consult  physician near to you Regular  follow up needed . Further  investigations  are also needed to evaluate  the cause.
