High BP issue.
High BP from the last two days with 4 reading varying between 147-156 and a feeling of anxiety, no medical history, Please advise some medicine or is it normal?

Hello I think the BP recording  you mentioned is systolic BP and would like to know the diastolic components.if that is also above 90 mmHg or high consistently you have to control it through life style modifications. first three months try life style changes like weight reduction if obese, avoid excess salt and excess salt containing  items .Avoid stress and ensure adequate sleep. Better check sugar and lipid too. Hope it will come down normal but still high after this consult for medicine .

Hi nothing to worry,regula bp check up. 1)low salt diet 2) excise 3)avoid cholesterol food 80%. Bp idiopathic cause (unknown ), So.please constitution for further treatment

Yes it is anxiety and nothing. Electronic bp machine reading varies each time so don't be panic. In this age group till 150/90 mmhg is Normal.
