I'm 22 weeks pregnant. I took dips75 test yesterday and the result is 158mg/dl. Can I include peanut butter and rice cake in my diet and can I eat oranges ?

Better  not to take Cake,but I don't  know  what  Rice cake contains.Take a Dietician consultation  ,to know  about  calorific  value of different items. You  can  take  Oranges.
