I'm male 31 year old and weights 104 kg.
I was feeling tired since 1-2 weeks and I noticed that ants coming on my urine.
Today I checked blood sugar level and found 256mg/dl.
Now, what should I do?
What tests should I undergo?

You definitely have Diabetes. You are young and BMI 35. HBA1C will help in terms of monitoring the progress. There is good chance to reverse your diabetes without the need for long term medicines. Read about Prof Roy Taylor who was my teacher. Read about DIRECT trial and type 2 diabetes reversals.
