High blood sugar level
My blood sugar level was above 300 mg/dl in the month of June 2022, but after having below medicine its showing sugar value at 259 mg/dl during Random blood sugar test after post lunch. I have been in diabetes medicine since 4 months but still there is no progress to reduce the level.
I sometimes feel drowsy.
I have below medicine:-
1. Tab. ZORYL M1
2. Tab. Sitara 50 mg
Please advise.

It can be due to lack of exercise and improper diet.
Plan for tests again.
