High blood pressure
I am having blood pressure but from last two months i am not taking high bp tablets & the blood pressure is normal , i check in every three days & the result are normal , what to do , whether to continue high bp tablets or not??

Hi, No need to take antihypertensive medications if your BP is normal for Consecutive 3 days. but get it be checked regularly. Avoid extra salt. Take proper sleep. Live a healthy life. Avoid smoking alcoholism. Daily exercise.

Hello there If you BP is normal u need not to take medicine. Keep monitoring your BP Avoid salt and do exercise that is enough
