Hello dear, If you are suffering because of a problem and you have identified that as distressing and cause dysfunction in day to day life then please do not delay in seeking help. I would strongly suggest and urge you to seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and management. Thereafter a detailed management plan can be formulated to help you. Delaying treatment will only prolong your agony and add long term complications. Hence please do not delay in seeking help... A combination of medication and psychotherapy is usually well suited to social anxiety disorder.. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future. Regards Delhi Mind Clinic
