High A/G Ratio
My report says I have high a/g ratio - 2.23 and high ast/sgot ratio - 54.2. Attached is the report. Is there anything I need to worry about ?

I think there is no need to take any medications.If you don't have any symptoms simple changes in the diet will resolve the issue like taking liquid diet and having curd rice ,avoiding fatty foods. If you have symptoms like pain in the right side of abdomen where liver is located, fever, bloated abdomen, indigestion then antibiotics are to be taken along with dietary restrictions and a syrup for better digestion

According to to your report it indicate that you  have increase Liver enzyme like SGOT . This indicates that have some infection in the liver . Best treatment depend on correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on complete history of the patient so take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient to a doctor then treatment will be start. For this enzyme - you can take - Tablet Liv 2 time per day after food for 1 month .
