As far as cause is concerned we do not know the specifics.. but for treatment kindly consider multiple specialists like a plastic surgeon/ physician/ endocrine / rheumatologist and dermatologist... kindly get surgery when indicated from a plastic surgeon.. if you have grade 3 grade 4 .. better to opt for excision and flap cover or skin graft.. rather than doing medical treatment for years togeather!

Hello Female 26 yrs, As u must be knowing, it is caused when the skin rubs together over a long period again and again.in armpit ur hair follicles may be the reason. Keep it hair free and always use some lubricant. For under breast, wear a cotton support that will absorb moisture and keep a barrier between the skin of breast and chest skin.
