According to the symptoms I found on internet I feel I am suffering from hidradenitis suppurativa for few months now.....the puss comes out every week or two only from one underarm and its painful.... Any medicine or ointment for immediate relief

. A warm washcloth or compress can help reduce swelling.
Gently wash the affected areas with antibacterial soap. After washing, apply an over-the-counter antibiotic.
Loose clothes and underwear can help prevent skin irritation, while tight, synthetic clothes may irritate your skin.
it needs antibiotics ,steroid treatment as I cannot prescribe it here you must consult physician
