This is a age group where children reject food and don't take interest. It is important to split the meals and do not force feed. If the child is taking 4 spoons it is fine, try after sometime. Connect with me for a detailed plan split as per her requirement considering her age and present health condition. It is important for her to follow a plan to get appropriate nutrients for growth as the growth below the age of 5 years lays the foundation for lifetime. Good nutrition is the key.

Health Tips
You can try including 1/2 tsp of almond powder in her diet which can be mixed with milk.
