My herpes test value is HSV1 igG-4.9 and HSV2 igG-.91.what is the meaning of this value.i am suffering from redness of penis foreskin and penis head since 4 months.

The test results indicate that you have suffered from hsv 1&2 infection in the past. The present redness of your penis head is not herpes but appears to be fungal(candida) infection. Please consult a Veneriologist(DVL).
