Hi,sorry for asking again but I m too confused & worried and didn't find any satisfactory answer,my ques is I had a recent(last month) threatened abortion and had 2 past abortions(by oral pills)..after threatened abortion my doc advised to do torch test and its report is Rubella igg is positive but igm is negative,,Cmv igg is positive but Cmv igm is negative and Herpes igg is positive but igm is negative..so my ques is should i need treatment if my only igg reports are positive and igm are negative..will I able to get pregnant again without any complications..plz guide me,,my doc proscribed acivir,p-joy D and lycofresh after seeing my reports..

Hi. Got your question. First of all IgG means antibody has developed. Literally means you have past infection or even if you have taken vaccine it shows IgG positive. IgM means active infection. Means you have that infection at your sample collection time. IgG doesn't always need treatment but if doctor rules out other factors than prophylactic treatment may be helpful. If further questions you can ask frankly.  .. Don't worry.
