Hepatitis B
I am chronic hepatitis B patients. Recently I had test for Viral load and it is showing 3600 UL/ml. I did my ultrasound as well and that was showing nirmal. But in LFT some test are high. Do I need to start hepatitis B treatment or it can be control naturally by improving lifestyle. Bilirubin total - 0.80 mg/dl BILIRUBIN CONJUGATED (DIRECT) - 0.60 mg/dl Bilirubin indirect - 0.20 Alt/ SGPT - 95 AST/ SGOT - 51

Hai just want to know since how long you are diagnosed to have HBV ? Did u take any medicine in past ?

Please get an Upper GI endoscopy also to look for any varices HCV rapid test Need to see full Ultrasound report
