I am chronic hepatitis B patients. Recently I had test for Viral load and it is showing 3600 UL/ml. I did my ultrasound as well and that was showing nirmal. But in LFT some test are high. Do I need to start hepatitis B treatment or it can be control naturally by improving lifestyle.

BILIRUBIN CONJUGATED (DIRECT) - 0.60 mg/dl
Bilirubin indirect - 0.20
Alt/ SGPT - 95
AST/ SGOT - 51
