My doctor prescribed hepar sulph with spoon water. I want to know should I keep it on my tongue for long time or for few seconds. Or should I swallow it directly No need to keep it on your tongue?

If you are taking pills and then put it under tongue and let them dissolve on their own. And if you are taking it in liquid form and mix with spoonful water and swallow it

If you are having pills keep it beneath your tongue and if you are having drops dilute it with some water and drink it

If you are using pills, put those under your tongue. If it is a liquid medicine, then take 2-3 drops in a tsp of water.
