Dear doctor, Can you suggest me any iron supplements to increase my HB. I am taking bicosule tablets for last 10 days coz my vitamin b was low.

Everyday khajur 4 to 5,dry grapes 10-15 ,mash and added to a glass of milk ,boiled and taken. Pomegranate daily onefruit 150 GM's. Pumpkin as vegetable. Greens as veg. Papaya ,apple as fruit All the increase blood Hb percent.

Hi I need your 1 st full medical history then only i can suggest which iron supplement should give. There are many reasons if that is not treated root cause there no use of iron supplement. Take direct consultation through my practo account with this you have to take balance diet as well.
