I have some boil from last 6 to 7 years but its not pain and giving problem but from last 2 days its paining on my stool motion place i m attaching the photo plz suggest me do i need to go for surgery ya it wil cure with some cream and medicines and i have some problem with digestive issue also gut problem m obese and donw with abdomen sonography only fatty liver grade 2 rest nothing

1. You need a stool softener. Start isabgol 2 tea spoon at bed time. 2. Local pain decreasing gel- try smuth gel 3. Try sitz bath ( sit in a tub with warm water tolerable to you) after every time you go for passing stools If these not work take my appointment I'll help

This looks like an external hemorrhoid that usually happens because of chronic constipation The only step to treatment is a high fibre diet and a soft stool If it still pursists you require surgery
