Can someone suggest a homeopathic sleeping pill that is as effective as alprazolam? Please don't say control diet lifestyle etc. I do that already. Please give me a specific pill. Thanks.

If you are having trouble sleeping.
Take
Rx SCROFUNARIA NODOSA Q / 20 drops in a small cup of water. Take it thrice a day before meals. Do not take anything ( food or water ) 15 minutes before and after taking medicines.
Take it for a week.
