Interval IUCD can be inserted. But has to be inserted after ruling out infections & with proper aseptic precautions.

You can use either an Intrauterine device or use pills.
Pills have a slight disadvantage that it may affect lactation. But it has a benefit that the blood loss from the uterus is much less.
