After 3 months of c section
Still looking pregnant after 3 months of c section delivery so frustrated My friend's tummy has reduced already she also had c section but mine is hanging .. What is the reason behind it please guide me what should I do ?

The reason is the tone of your abdominal muscles. Please consult your Gynaecologist who Operated on you to find out if you can do some abdominal exercises. The best way to regain the tone is by regular exercise. In addition you should continue your Iron, Calcium and Folic acid supplements for at least one year

It's due to diastasis recti. Need proper exercise to tone up abdominal muscles

Is it your first pregnancy or more?? Needs few exercises to reduce it, but before starting any kind of exercises please consult your gynaecologist to know if you can start any
