Hello Itching since 8 months is quite a chronic condition And you said ,antihistamine like avil dint help you. So are you pregnant?if yes , at what month of pregnancy? Itching during last few months of your pregnancy: Can be associated with conditions like IHCP,AFLP, these are the conditions where liver might get involved Itching which starts from your second trimester: Can be PUPPP, that's a condition where you get papules and pustules over your body with lot of itching If you are not pregnant It can be simple allergic reaction, where you are constantly getting exposed to some common allergen around you I also want to know your personal history too
Next Steps
if not pregnant, consult your dermatologist and get evaluated for allergic reaction, might start to on other antihistaminics if pregnant then please get your LFT, bile acids level, urea level, sugar level too
Health Tips
avoid scratching with your nails, as it can cause secondary bacterial infection

If you are pregnant, please also do liver funtion test and bile acid to rule out any liver abnormality. Such skin conditions can be for multiple reasons whether your are pregnant or not . Please consult with a gynaec with these reports if you are pregnant... or a dermatologist if you are not pregnant for further evaluation.
