Height growth at this age is not possible. Your weight is also fine according to height have healthy lifestyle and maintain weight properly. Any medications or faulty methods may harmful for you

Hello, you can't increase your height, as growth plate responsible for growing height on long bones completely closes by around 18 years in females. There are no medicines available once you cross that age, so don't take any medicines which only causes side effects nut no increase in height.
