Height issue
I m anjali my height is 145cm and my age is 18 yr 11 month i want to know that my height will increase or not and i got my 1s period when i was in 4 class

Hi Anjali, at your age your height will not increase. You have reached the maximum growth potential.
I would recommend you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, balanced diet and regular exercise regime. You also need to remember, height alone is not important in attractiveness. Your personality will be the biggest factor in making you confident and popular.
On a brighter note, people who are not very tall, always look much younger than some who is very tall. So you have that on your side. Just make sure that you maintain a healthy physical and mental health.
