My son is 1 year 6 month old and is 77 cm height and 11 kg weight. His height is less than who growth chart. What should I do. Is it a matter of concern?

Weight is normal. Height is between 1st and 3rd centile as per Indian IAP growth chart. A single reading of height doesn't give a lot of information. Please meet a pediatrician. Usually this is nothing to worry about
