Hai, I am a female with height of 147cms and weight of 58kgs! I would like to reduce my weight an increase my height relevantly.. Can u please help me doc! It's so hurting wen ppl tease me:( at least 4inches I wud like to increase with regards to my height and reduce 10kgs.. Please help me.. Thank you

Hi Weightloss is a gradual process.It involves eating right and exercise with a positive attitude and rest.Every persons body is different hence there is no one diet for all.However d basic remains the same like eating 5-6 small meals.Including atleast 2 fruits.Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day.Exercise not more than 60 mins.sleep 8hrs in d night. As far as height  gain is concerned if the bones are not fused u have scope for growth.Try doing stretch exercises.
