I have been suffering from heel pain for 1 year Even I can't stand short durations I heard about gel shoes to help out from heel pain if it's true Kindly suggest what kind of gel shoes is the best

There are various shoe insoles or heel cups available now which are made of silicon gel material. These insoles or cups can be put into your shoes directly. They give good support and avoid direct pressure on your heels while walking. Hope this helps.
