  4. Heavy snoring while sleeping. Snoring?

Heavy snoring while sleeping.
I have a heavy snoring problem. I am drinking and smoking since 2011. I got to know that drinking and smoking caused snoring hence I left the drinking 2 months ago and reduced the smoking. Still sometime I snore heavily. is there any permanent treatment to snoring?
