My husband snores very heavily and is increasing day by day.
He sleeps late at night and starts to work at 6 in the morning.
He breath is held for long and he releases it with great sound snore. It is very scary and worrying.

Snoring commonly associated with overweight.. obstructive sleep apnea should also be ruled out.. reduce weight if overweight.. lifestyle modifications.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
