Heavy periods with clots. Fibroids? Iron
Had surgical abortion suction in Nov 2018,I was 7wks pregnant.I got my periods after the abortion and it lasts for few days.I went to abortion clinic for followup in dec 2018.They did vaginal scan quick check for 1 minute &said uterus is empty & no infection.Is abortion incomplete after so many months?After the abortion,my periods are very heavy till now.Periods are very regular after the abortion&it lasts for 4to5days.Its very regular& it comes almost the same date every month.flow is very heavy for first 3 days.i sometimes see clots in toilet during CD1 &2.The clots are not very big like lemon.Small ball size.Is it fibroids?I am also having low iron levels and taking iron tablets.i have severe hairloss because of low iron.
Iron 54.Normal range(27-159).Iron saturation.15%. Normal(15-55%)

Normal range250-450 ug/dL.UIBC. 343Normal range131-425 ug/dL.Ferritin.154
Normal range15 -150.its difficult to check with Dr in clinic due to current covid-19 situation.can I wait&check this?

You are having menorrhagia symptoms,the cause for this needs to be evaluated. Because of the lockdown if you cannot seek help ,begin with taking medicine like Tranexa 500 mg twice daily during heavy flow . Continue your iron supplements.If you need further help ,consult online at least

Hi. You cannot have incomplete abortion lasting for 2 years . Fibroids do not come out in menstrual blood flow . You need to do an ultrasound . Keep taking Iron supplement . Do thyroid function test .
