Surgical abortion following fibroid
I had an surgical abortion on 1st April i had spotting for 8 days after that no spotting or bleeding but from 16 April I'm bleeding more than my regular period on 24 I underwent  ultrasound  scan they said no particals are present and they said I am having cervical fibroid of 12*9mm due to fibroid the bleeding is heavy but the next day i observed a blood clot is it normal but before taking my surgical abortion I didn't experienced any prolonged periods Or any heavy or abnormal period flow I used get my periods regularly in between 28 to 32 days. I have a 18 months old baby boy delivered through C-section after delivery I used to get my periods regularly without any problem but now the doctor said I'm having cervical fibroid that way I'm bleeding what should I do now

Cervical fibroid is a possibility but it can also be a scar pregnancy; that means the embryo got fixed at the site of Caesarean scar (on the uterus). You should get a Colour Doppler study done to get a precise diagnosis. After that further management can be planned. In the meantime you should have Progestogens to keep the bleeding under control.
