Heavy bleeding,ET 15mm
I have iregular period issue,I am sexually inactive Last month also I had pelvic scan , I have attached report Currently I am on OCP Novelon for 3 cycles I have already completed 1 pack of Novelon And last Saturday my period started and then I started 2 nd pack of Novelon on Sunday I was bleeding heavily for a week and passing clots Yesterday after 1 week my period stopped . So,today I got TVS done,Please check attached report Please let me know what my current TVS scan report says What does below 2 statements in report means,is it something serious An echogenic avascular focus of thickness 15mm is seen in endometrial canal Small Nabothian cyst seen in cervix What next step needs to be done

Et should not be 19 mm in day 5/6/7 of cycle. It is alot. You need to be further evaluated. Why was novelon started? Also, it requires further investigations
