Heaviness in chest
I feel heaviness in the chest, mainly on the left side. Undergone ecg echo tmt all negative and normal. But this heaviness is till felt. No pain etc is there. But problem in walking jogging. Yesterday i covered 16000 steps. But i am clueless about this thing and every second it is making me worried. I am concerned whether it is something worrying.

It might be due to gastritis. If u are having any doubts than u can go for CT Angiography it will give clear view of ur heart if that is normal all other issues can be resolved.
