Heaviness in Breathing
Hi I'm feeling not freeness in breathing since last 4 days. I'm having acute gastric problems too also was diagnosed with kidney stones 6 months back.
Can you advise what caused this and how to. Help in this please. Since this is letting my moral down everyday.
I don't have fever, cough any other symptoms

You have to evaluate full symptoms and investigation. Gasric problem with anxiety can cause. Ther is no cough, no obvious breathlessness, dont you worry about serious problem. Keep your moral up dear.

Acidity can cause discomfort in breathing. Do breathing exercises and relaxation techniques they will help you.
