Heat stroke anxiety
From a few months i have a anxiety that if i stay in hot sun too much i might have a heat stroke. So whenever i go out and stay in the sun and start sweating and feeling hot i panic. Today too i was in traffic on a bike and the sun was up on my head and i was sweating. And then paniced and thought i was geeting heat stroke. I also started feeling uneasy and restless. I got down from bike and went somewhere to sit under fan and drank water. After that for 1-2 hour i am home but feeling a bit uneasy in stomach and skin. And feeling as if something will happen

I think traffic , heat , dust pollution , noise pollution , causing you to heat up and feel anxious. Being inside helmet maybe adding to your anxiety too. Wear cool comfortable clothes . Wear helmet . Drink water . Plan your route . If it persists then see a physician .
