Heat boils or allergy for baby

Hi, My baby girl is 6 months old.She is into formula milk and just started solid.baby is having heat boils in her body.Not sure if it's heat boils or allergy.we are applying sandal with rose water and Tilak. Please suggest

Yes those are heat boils. Don’t apply anything wash with soap and water . Give plenty of fluids orally Apply T Bact ointment once a day for 5 days .

This doesnot seems due to the milk/heat. Z stop the application of rose water and tilak. Apply coconut oil an dit ahd settle soon.
