It's a very soft part so have lot of space to spread.
Time varies person to person, severity of boil.

Treatment
Hot foamentation with boric powder two times a day.
Tab augmentin duo 625 three times a day after food for seven to ten days.
ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five to seven days.
Chymoral forte three times a day after food for seven days.
nexproRd40 one in empty stomach for ten days.
Light diet plenty of water n liquid.
Apply a cotton paid in between scrotum and undergarment to stop hanging of scrotum.
