In CBC the WBC count in 19500/cumm. Attached is my heart test result. is there any problem. I sometimes feel very little pinchy pain in my left chest whenever I feel gastric or acidity in my stomach.

Hi dear
WBC is quite high and is a sign of infection.
However it might not be related to your chest pain .
Mild chest pain could be due to acidity as well or could be due to some heart issue
The echo u have done is normal so for now the heart is functioning well .
I would need more information regarding your complaints so I can guide u better and give treatment accordingly
Take care
