Heart rate is slower but no symptoms
Hi doctor my resting heart rate is 60 ,62 but I dont have any symptoms, my sugar level came 78 and bp came 78/117 I am worried because my friend told I have too slow heart rate please suggest should I visit doctor but I dont have any symptoms

Hello,
Resting heart rate of 60 is absolutely normal. Its not slow. On the contrary it is suggestive of a healthy heart. Nothing to worry. No need to visit a doctor. No need to do any tests. Your all parameters are normal. Don’t worry.
