Hello all Recently my grandma admitted to the hospital due to a heart attack and I visited ICU afterwards I'm getting very tensed and my heart greeting very nervous and unable to sleep and also Im seeing headache in front side and as well back side .please suggest me ?

It's Anxiety due to taking so much stress by thinking and seeing adverse conditions of your grandmother so don't take stress as you have taken. It's can be occurs in any one in this situation but you should maintain positivity about your grandmother . Doctor will take care of your grandmother so don't think about that . Your anxiety will go away after some day but if anxiety will remain more than 1 week then you should take consultation .
