Doctor from last three days i am having pain in legs and also i am having head ache and also some times i feel like faintedness.. from two days i am hearing my heart beat in my ear and to the corner of ribs. i am hearing my heart beat in ear when the food comes back in mouth sometimes. ECG,2D ECHO,TMT are normal...i have anxiety... i always search all things in net and get frightened and panic. is hearing heart beat in ears serious issue doctor. if so what shld i do.. whom to consult

It is not heartbeat u r hearing. It is abnormal perception of sound in ur ear. It is called as tinnitus. U need not get anxious about it. Don't over think and panic. U shud consult an ENT physician to get ur ears checked up.
