The hearing aid is a medical device and it should be fitted through the authorised person only who are audiologist. I recommend first go through the audiologist and conduct the hearing test then after you can decide which one instrument will be suitable to her.

Hearing aid fitting should be done after complete hearing evaluation done by an audiologist. Consult an ent to rule out any infection or other medical complications.
Hearing aids can't be purchased online without proper auditory testing. First she needs to undergo ear examination then pure tone audiogram. Depending on audiogram reports hearing aids are advised and programmed. Hearing aid trial is given before you purchase it
