Hearing Loss
Since an year I am feeling Deaf.
As per audiometry and tympanometry report it is showing moderate conductive hearing loss.
Right EAR- 45dBHL
Left EAR- 45dBHL

If you don’t have any ear discharge then it can be Otosclerosis. Though you haven’t mentioned the Tympanometry report here.

It is likely that you have a perforation in your ear drums.. Please consult a doctor in person for examination and surgery for the same if required.. Please consult online for further information
