Hi , I have hearing loss of 30db , as per doctor It is confirmed that it was due to nerve weekness there is no medicine for it. My concern is now ia there any chance to stop that prblm and I want to take care it should not increase further. Thanks Ramesh

That is mild hearing loss. But at an early age that is alarming. You need to take care of your ears. Avoid loud noise, listening music with earphones/headphones. Make sure you don't get frequent cold and cough. If you get any, get it treated immediately. Don't clean your ears by yourself. If you are exposed to noise at workplace wear earplugs.

Next Steps

Repeat audiometry every year to monitor hearing status.
