Hai, Good evening, 'Weight is increasing for foods that says good or healthy' is because the nutrient content (carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals) in the food that gives positive effect to your body that does not provide any harmful effects. Egg yolk, coconut, meat are rich in fat, protein respectively. These nutrients helps in body building, muscle mass.
Next Steps
Non healthy weight gain suits the quote 'Anything in excess is a poison'. This includes sugary foods, processes foods, poor sleep, sitting for long time,  less physical activity which imbalance the metabolism, function of hormones that results in uncontrollable weight gain which is not healthy.

Healthy weight gain is one you gain by having a well balanced diet wich is rich in carbs, protein, and fat in adequate amt. It also means that you r gaining your weight by increasing ur muscle mass and not just fat It happens only if u following a diet wich is high in protein, fibre, complex carbs and adequate minerals and vitamin along with some physical activity. On the other hand if u gaining weight by eating junk food, or not doing any exercise. Having lots oily foods Or diet wich lacks in proper nutrition or weight gained bcz of some medical issues. It can termed as unhealthy weight gain Hope I have made it clear

Gud afternoon healthy way of gaining weight means eating preferably home cooked nutrients dense balanced meal with focussing on some forms of exercises like strength or muscle mass gaining exercises sometimes yoga sometimes jogging minimum of 30 to 45mins sleeping on time in night, drinking enough of water more than 2ltrs in a day n if any form of stress try to do meditation for 20mins minimum in evening.   On other side if u r eating foods on long hrs gap, very frequently eating junk foods, no exercise, lack of sleep or less sleep in night, excess of stress level n less water intake if any medical issues remain undiagnosed on proper time then it causes unhealthy weight gain.     Hope u r clear now.
