Healthy sleep...
Sir, I am student, & sleep 6 hour in two intervals of 4 hour & 2 hour. Is it bad??? Should I sleep in single stretch for better IQ . Pls help. Thanks

6 to 8 hours constant sleep is the best.Night sleep is always best than morning sleep. IQ is not depends directly on sleep. If u have any question in mind then ask clearly so we can answer properly.

Hello greetings! Considering your age and the amount of work load u would have, it's highly essential that u sleep for 6 to 8 hours a day. Sleep has to be at night. U could go early to bed and wake up early that would enhance your concentration and attention.

Sleep not as essential as resting. The sleep you are talking about is not restful sleeping. Sleep for atleast 7 hours for proper all round growth mentally and physically. People who don't sleep in time become obese and irritable there by reducing not only iq but also eq
