Health issues
Got blood test reports done since having fatigue, low energy levels. Before 3 months diagnosed  for Vitiligo which Dr said it is autoimmune disorder. Pain in left leg exactly above heels which seems to be Achilles tendonitis. Reports indicate the following major issues as per the high parameters. 1. High triglyceride - 200 2. High uric acid - 6.7 3. Almost all parameters of liver are bold and sonography also indicates grade 2 fatty liver. 4. Very low vitamin B12 - 163 5. Platelet count is on border line -168. Vitiligo Dr said due to autoimmune disorder he needs to strictly avoid vitamin c, milk products, fermented foods, processed foods etc. Still this is the report. What do I do now?
