Keep your self busy. Stop acting as you are helpless. You won't gain anything in this world by acting bechara. Make your self strong. Go out  meet people Talk to them. World loughs on weak people so never be the one. Never compare your self with any one. You are the best no one is like you. Everything was fine evening is fine and evening will be fine. Go for morning and evening walks everyday. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Never skip meals. Keep your self hydrated. Only you can help your self. If all these things not helping then consult
