I am worried about my health because I am taking honey with hot milk regularly since 2 years and today I read in the newspaper that intake of honey with warm things behaves like poison.So, now what should I do.??
I would be glad if you can help me.

If it was true , u wouldn't be asking me !, honey is pitta causing while milk is kapha causing so may be such beliefs arise , ideally based on the purpose one should use the foods

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I have not heard of anything like that.
Also haven't even come across such things in my med school.
Honey has great benefits for detoxification.
First and foremost stop reading such newspapers.
You can continue honey intake with warm water or even milk. If you still have any doubt or fear, use cold milk instead.
Doesn't make any difference.
