Hello,

I am 20 years old and i am very slim, my weight is aroung 40-45 not more than that.
And mai morning mei kabhi kabhi fresh ho paata hu kabhi nahi ?
I AM DOING GYMMING ALSO , Please suggest me Some Suppliment (mass gainer or weight gainer)

I am really tensed about this, because i am very slim

Hi, add more of dried fruits, green leafy vegetables, healthy fats, eggs, meat, poultry, milk etc., to your diet.
