Sir/mam, i want to gain.i am 20 year old and still my weight is 48.8kg. how can i increase my weight??? and to inform you i don't have thyroid problem..just i don't increase my weight perhaps i ate a lot..

Hello.. Sir you don't have to worry about it as worry itself will make you lose's quite possible that it's your body nature the yiu don't gain weight...the best thing I would suggest you is to hit the gym and strt working on your muscles as your body will look toned and hefty...include more protein content in your diet....milk,sprouts and egg are all very essential..thank you
